If you are the victim of a crime, you should as soon as possible:
- File a police report
- Seek medical help if you are injured and make sure the doctor documents your injuries.
- If your fear that you will be exposed to further crimes, you can also apply for a restraining order and sheltered accommodation.
- If the crime resulted in you receiving costs, you must also save all receipts.
